Return Policy
Our commitment to our customers is that they’re 100% satisfied with their purchases. While all sales are final you may still request an exchange within 7 days from when your item was delivered to you.
If for some reason you have a defective item please email katie@slowbloomcoffee.com.
As coffee is a fresh product, we cannot offer returns, refunds or be exchanged for a different coffee. If you happen to have a defective coffee bag please take pictures of defective bag and send them to katie@slowbloomcoffee.com and we will be more than happy to send you the same coffee.
Merchandise can be exchanged at the expense of the recipient to our address for a different size, but must still be new and not worn. To exchange your merchandise please send an email to katie@slowbloomcoffee.com with your full name, order number and what size you would like to exchange, upon inspection and item availability, we will send your new size to you.
The only way to receive a full refund is to cancel your order before it has shipped. In order to do this you must email katie@slowbloomcoffee.com .
Shipping Policy
We ship out of Redlands, CA every Monday and Wednesday (excluding holidays). Orders must be placed the day before ship day no later than 5pm. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please reach out to katie@slowbloomcoffee.com.
